A 30% deposit is required on booking (non-refundable).

Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer or cheque we also accept credit card payment through PAY PAL there is a 2% charge for this. If there is a currency charge to convert the payment to £'s this will be split between the guest and the owner.

Balance payable by cheque, credit card through Pay Pal or directly into bank account 8 weeks before the holiday start date.

A £150 security deposit is required with the final payment to cover damage or breakages this will be refunded at the end of the stay directly to the guest's bank account or through Pay Pal. it may be possible to organise a cash refund for overseas guests. This can be discussed at the time of booking with the owner and the guest.
